1) Talk with your neighbors
Knocking doors, or “canvassing”, is one of the best ways for a campaign to reach voters. And its fun! Not sure you know how to start a conversation? Don’t worry, we’ll teach you the skills you need to do a great job. Remember, if you’ve ever made a friend, you already know how to canvass!
2) Host a “Meet the Candidate Night”
This can be a low key living room conversation with friends and neighbors, a meeting with your social club, faith, or volunteer group, or whatever else you have in mind!
3) Represent us at events
Whether tabling at summerfest, attending town council with a button on, or any other way you like to show up in the community, there’s a way to represent the campaign at something you might have already been planning on attending!
4) Write or Record a “Community Endorsement”
People trust people they know, it’s only natural. And the internet gives us a powerful tool to spread the word. Writing a short paragraph or recording a short video explaining why you support this campaign is an incredibly strong way to help us get the mesage out!
